You’re certified. Now what?

You’re certified — congratulations! You probably feel excited (you did it!), but maybe also a little overwhelmed.

What if there’s a complication with a patient? What if someone wants a result you don’t know how to achieve?

Ironically, the kind of confidence you need to deliver results is something that only comes through direct patient experience.

But there is a way to get that patient experience without risking complications on your own: shadow a more advanced injector in a well-established specialty practice

At Bloom, our aesthetic shadowing program bridges the scary gap between formal education and hands-on experience and confidence.

Why Shadow at Bloom?

Multi-modality approach

At the core of our training philosophy is a deep understanding that no one tool or technique can address every patient’s unique needs.

What makes training with Bloom different? We empower you with an arsenal of techniques and a deep understanding of the most cutting-edge tools and approaches.

This holistic strategy helps you customize treatments for each of YOUR patients, so they get better results.

Deep-dive facial assessment

We don’t just teach techniques, we dive into the art and science of facial assessment.

Our training emphasizes understanding the intricate anatomy of the face and the universal processes of aging. This will ensure the safety of your patients and is the surest way to avoid adverse events.

This foundation of anatomical knowledge is crucial for making informed decisions about every single treatment you offer — for patient outcomes that are not only customized and effective, but powerful and life-changing.

Meet your mentor

Brianna Vincent, MS, PA-C

At the heart of my philosophy is the conviction that excelling at aesthetics comes from a solid understanding of facial anatomy and the natural process of aging.

This unique specialty is a fusion of medicine and art, which requires a unique skill-set that no one can fully acquire coming out of clinical practice.

I believe that every provider can improve patient outcomes, avoid unnecessary complications, and minimize their own fear and anxiety by mastering this foundational knowledge covered in Bloom’s aesthetic shadowing programs.

Since 2013, I’ve completed over 20 professional trainings led by renowned industry experts. My focus is to bring the safest and best techniques to my patients while establishing lifelong connections, and the desire to train others in this ethos is a large part of what pushed me to open Bloom in 2022.
