Your treatment starts with a customized consultation to define your unique skin concerns.

After applying a numbing cream, the appropriate light-based technology is utilized, either BBL or IPL, depending on your needs!

Minimal to moderate downtime

Resume your day with minimal interruption. 

Plan to avoid strenuous exercise and hot showers, hot yoga, or saunas for the first 24 hours to facilitate healing and reduce swelling. 

Expect mild swelling and redness from both BBL and IPL procedures, with a heat sensation that mimics a mild sunburn.

Results

2-4+ years

See that new, clear skin in as little as 2-4 weeks. Once old sun damage is cleared up to your desired level, typically only annual maintenance is needed.

Both BBL and IPL benefits are optimized initially over multiple sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

For BBL and IPL, you might feel a snapping sensation against your skin. Treatments typically last 15-60 minutes depending on the area and condition being treated.

Most patients report little to no pain during photofacial treatments. 

IPL and BBL treatments are often compared to the snap of an elastic band — but numbing cream should make either treatment hardly noticeable.

Life’s busy, we get it! Book when you can, but the earlier, the better to get your preferred slot. Our cancellation policy is pretty straightforward: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please notify the office by 5pm the day prior.

All same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the booking deposit or be charged a cancellation fee of $75. Patients that arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will be asked to reschedule and may be charged the same-day cancellation fee of $75.
