Most treatments let you get right back to your day. We’ll give you the lowdown on do’s and don’ts post-treatment to keep everything smooth sailing.

Life’s busy, we get it! Book when you can, but the earlier, the better to get your preferred slot. Our cancellation policy is pretty straightforward: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please notify the office by 5pm the day prior.

All same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the booking deposit or be charged a cancellation fee of $75. Patients that arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will be asked to reschedule and may be charged the same-day cancellation fee of $75.
