While a little difficult to find in the Village, Bloom is by far one of the sweetest med spas I have been to! I initially went in for just a product, but I’m definitely going to go back for a treatment when I’m back in town! The beautiful tall blonde woman (I’m horrible with names) at the front desk was super helpful and made me feel like a friend. She flagged down one of the (also beautiful) injectors, who then conversed with me and happily answered all of my questions. Life’s busy, we get it! Book when you can, but the earlier, the better to get your preferred slot. Our cancellation policy is pretty straightforward: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please notify the office by 5pm the day prior.

All same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the booking deposit or be charged a cancellation fee of $75. Patients that arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will be asked to reschedule and may be charged the same-day cancellation fee of $75.
