We do request you come to your appointment completely makeup-free, but no worries if not. Heads up that you will have to take off all makeup during the visit so we can really get a sense of your best options! 

When it comes to clothing, the general go-to is something loose and comfortable. Think leggings, sweatpants, and a cozy t-shirt or sweatshirt. 

Arriving about 10-15 minutes early is a great idea. This window gives you a chance to check in, handle any paperwork, and settle in.

The initial consultation requires a $50 deposit which will be applied toward your treatment or any product purchase in the office.

You’ll get a response within 48 hours that shares our next available times and dates for a consultation. On average, virtual and in-person consults are available within 2-3 weeks of inquiry.

To cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please notify the office no later than 5pm the day prior. All same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the booking deposit or be charged a cancellation fee of $75. Patients that arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will be asked to reschedule and may be charged the same-day cancellation fee of $75.
